The owner is preparing production and delivery. No physical card is included until explicitly selected in an order. Your private vault key is never sent to fulfillment staff. The digital recovery card is downloaded privately on your device; the concealed-key artwork is a design concept.

How does my private vault work?
Create an account, save your generated vault key, and activate storage with a distributor code. Choose your files: their contents and filenames are encrypted in your browser before upload.
Can I open my files on another device?
Yes. Sign in with your email or phone identifier and the same vault key. Files are downloaded and decrypted in that browser. Completed files remain downloadable after your upload subscription expires.
What happens if I lose my vault key?
Your vault key is needed to sign in and decrypt your files. We cannot reset it to recover encrypted content. Download your recovery card and keep a private copy outside this device.
How do payment and the physical card work?
Choose an available tier in your account, create an order and upload payment proof. The owner checks the actual transfer before activation. A physical brand card is optional only when delivery is enabled. Your vault key stays private; a digital recovery card is downloaded on your device.
Are company workspaces available?
Company workspaces, employee permissions and shared document rooms are planned. The current release provides individual encrypted vaults. Do not share a personal vault key with a team.
