Know your space.
This page describes the current operation of Vaultory. Review the live prices and order summary in your account before sending any payment.
Storage and subscriptions
CORE provides 100 GB, PRIME 500 GB, ELITE 1 TB and SOVEREIGN 5 TB when the corresponding direct plan is enabled and an order is approved. Capacity uses binary units internally (GiB/TiB). Each individual file is limited to 256 MB. Shared company workspaces, team permissions and public sharing links are not part of these individual plans.
Upload access lasts for 30 or 365 days from activation, or extends the existing remaining term. Capacity is not stacked when renewing. Lower-capacity changes need support review. Existing completed files remain downloadable after upload access ends. There is currently no recycle bin; deleting a file is permanent.
Payment and review
Order totals include the selected duration and any explicitly selected card and shipping charges. Orders keep their quoted total and payment instructions even if later prices change. Pay only the destination shown in your order and use its reference. Payment proof is reviewed manually; a screenshot does not itself confirm receipt of money. Only owner approval activates the purchased capacity and period.
You can cancel an order before approval. Cancelling a request does not reverse a payment you have already sent. For payment mistakes, rejection, refund requests or delivery problems, contact the support email displayed in the live service configuration. Automated refunds and bank or wallet payment verification are not connected.
Your key and recovery
Your generated vault key signs you in and decrypts filenames and file contents on your device. The service does not have a password-reset route that can recover encrypted files. Keep the downloadable recovery card privately, outside the device you may lose. Never send the key to support, a distributor, a printer or a courier.
Personal data and payment proof
The service stores your account name and self-declared email or phone identifier, login verifier, sessions, subscription and usage records. Email and phone ownership are not verified. Uploaded vault contents and filenames are encrypted in your browser. As with any browser-based encrypted service, the operator controls the application code delivered by the site.
Payment proof and order details are private operational records accessible to the account holder and the owner for review. Payment proof is not encrypted with your vault key because the owner must review it. Do not include unrelated financial or identity information in the proof. When you request a physical card, recipient name, phone and delivery address are available to the owner for manual fulfillment and may need to be provided to the selected courier.
No automatic account-data erasure or payment-proof retention cleanup is currently implemented. Contact support to request data handling or account closure. Keep an independent copy of irreplaceable files: this release does not include a tested disaster-recovery guarantee or an uptime SLA.
Physical brand cards
A physical card is offered only when delivery is enabled and you explicitly select it. The country, estimated delivery time and charges appear before ordering. Preparation and tracking are managed manually. The shipped item is the branded card; no private vault key is provided to fulfillment staff. The concealed-key panels shown in artwork are design concepts, not an automatic secure printing service. You can privately download and print your digital recovery card separately.
Before launch
The owner must configure pricing, actual payment destinations, support and fulfillment, verify service access, and perform production recovery and device tests before accepting customers. Automated payment processing, courier integration, shared-company access and independent secondary backups require additional setup.
